Customization to Virtumart

Customize the virtuemart checkout with 2 fields. Make sure the fields appear correctly and are submitted to a custom email page. ## Deliverables I have a website that is a flower company. People go on the website and order flowers. The flowers are delevered to someone. I have created two fields. Card Message and Shipping Date. Card message is a greeting that you want to include with your order and the shipping date is the date you want the order to be delivered. in Virtumart, I have added the fields. However they don't show up all the time, or they show up twice. Part of the registration and part of the shipping form. I would like these two fields to show up only once and on every order. the card message values were also recording extra letters. There is a custom email file that these two fields need to go to in addtion to the normal customer emails. Also, I need some one to check how the system is taxing. Part of the processes is this special email that goes to an order desk. the order desk automaticly pulls the info into a different order system. right now the order total is including tax which is causing the second order system to be off because it is also charging tax. I need this done qucikly and correclty as the first 2 coders I had work on this only did 50% of the job. Now it just needs to be adjusted a bit.
