Create hook between website and Articulate Online API

This request is to develop an application between the website and Articulate Online (AO) using the Articulate Online API. Information about the API is at [login to view URL] The user would sign up for a course on our website with user name, email, address, etc. The user would pay for the course and after successfully paying would receive and email directing them to the Articulate Online Website where they would take the course. the application would do the link between our website and the AO API. This is an outline: 1. Client puts up a course for sale in their e-commerce portal ([login to view URL]) 2. Buyer purchases a course from the e-commerce portal buy paying online and immediately receives an email from AO 3. User can now login to AO using the credentials sent via email 4. User gets to access the flash based online course that he/she bought in the e-commerce portal ## Deliverables This must be tested and work exactly as requested. We would also like this supported if problems with the application should occur.
