Create Access Database for Task Tracking

I need someone to build a MS Access database that will allow me to Track Projects, Tasks related to the Project, Subtasks, the Assisgnment of the tasks, People involved in the project. The ability to track activities related to tasks or subtask of the project such a telephone calls, meetings etc. Reporting ability to show open project and task status, and all activities. Additional note: I would like to be able to store files in the database linked to specific tasks and projects. I understand that Access does not have such capability. I am open to using a Filemaker 8 database if it would be more cooperative for my requirements. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. It is not complete but it should give each of you and idea of my desired outcome. In addition, I would like a calendar feature and a contact feature. I would like to be able to associate "to do" items on a calendar with its associated project. I would also like the ability to have my contacts associated with projects. It is possible that a contact could be associated with more than one project I understand that Access can not store files within the database and that a link to a location on the file system is best.
