Complete remaining 5% of PHP project(repost)

We have reposted this project for all bidders again since the last coder had failed to complete the simple project. He is busy and kept on delaying the project. This coder had completed certain part. So now left 5%. This project is an urgent project that need to be completed in 2 days.
We are from Malaysia. My php developer has died in an accident. He does not manage to complete the entire web php ecommerce project. Please check the test mode website from <[login to view URL]>.
It is written in PHP OsCommerce open source. I believe he had not completed the remaining 5% or maybe less. The remaining tasks are very simple and are in our less than 10 pages of Word files. Some are already done, so most likely only left around 2 to 3 pages need to be done. I have attached the entire Word document here.
On top of that, I need to enable the Oscommerce admin login screen as well. Currently there is no admin login screen. Please go through the entire document and ensure all the tasks are done including admin login page.
I need someone to take over the project and answers all the questions in the Word file (in red font). I have provided the word file in this attachment. This project can be done in a day or two. Very simple and a quick money to earn.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

It is installed in a hosting company located in Malaysia. The platform and requirements are similar to PHP OsCommerce open source.
