Company / Coder needed to create a Buddypress site

I own a [login to view URL] social network, and I am interested in owning a social network on Buddypress which is a plugin of Wordress MU. Part One: 1. I need a company to develop a buddypress social network that functions like [login to view URL] and have some additional features! One additional feature must be the ability to add open source applications. 2. Some of the plug ins have already been built for Wordpress MU and need to be installed into Buddypress. 3. Other plug ins will need to be custom made. 4. I have an manual that I want your company to review. I want you to tell me which features can or cannot be developed. In addition, if you are interested, I have a questionnaire to fill out. 5. I must own the plugins, source code, etc. 6. The social network must have google ads and adbrite ads on the right side and on top. 7. The social network must be EXTRAORDINARILY EASY for the members (which will consist of non tech users). 8. Mysql will also needed to be set up and maintained. Part Two: 1. In addition, I want to have tens of thousands, then hundreds of thousands, and eventually, millions of users on my social network. So, I need a company to fix bugs, make sure it does not slow down, anti spam, maintenance, anti ad*lt material, and other problems that come with a social network. I would like to have a flat fee PER month. 2. In addition, there will be problems with Mysql as it grows and scales. Hence, those problems will need to be solved too. Part Three: 1.
