Code website with two web forms, database and login page

This job requires the coder to programme: • A simple form to subscribe new customers • A database to store customers subscription information • A ‘confirmation of subscription’ email that automatically is sent to new subscribers • A login page for subscribers who want to edit their information, including a ‘lost password’ function • A page where subscribers can edit their information • A simple page that is customised by the subscribers information Note that semi-working mock-ups are provided for all pages, so most of the basic coding work is already done. The coder just needs to edit the pages. ## Deliverables There are two separate sites this project covers. The first has four pages, the second has only one. No hosting has been purchased yet, so the coder can choose any type of appropriate database, and can use any language to code the pages. It is required that the coder makes a suggestion as to what kind of hosting will be required at the beginning of the project, I will then purchase the hosting, and the coder is to then install the site at the hosting server. **FIRST SITE** [login to view URL] Delivery Page Mock-up: [login to view URL] This is the page that customers are sent to after they purchase my product through Clickbank. They fill out the form. Note that all fields are required, and the customer should not be allowed to continue until all fields are filled out. The information they supply is written to a database, plus an ID is generated for them, probably just a random 6 digit number. They are then forwarded to the thank you page ([login to view URL]) which requires no programming. An email is then sent to the address they provided. In it they are given a unique URL which includes their ID. It will be in this form: [login to view URL] Where ‘123456’ is their ID. For now, the email will read: > Dear (first name), > > Thank you for subscribing to our service. A user enters the email address they used to create their account, plus their password. If they’ve forgotten their password, they can click the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link which resets their password, and sends them a new one via email. Settings Mock-up: [login to view URL] The settings page displays the users information which is already visible in the text fields (e.g. next to name would be their name already filled out). Then can edit these fields, and when they click update, these new settings will be saved to the database. If they update their email address, a confirmation email will be sent to the new address requesting that they click a certain link to confirm their new email address. Until they confirm the new email address, their old one will remain active. ** SECOND SITE** [login to view URL] Mock-up: [login to view URL] The idea is that a customer will send their own leads to visit this site, using their unique ID as a string appended to the URL e.g. [login to view URL] This string will cause particular variables in the form to be filled by data from the corresponding customers profile. Namely: • The hidden field ‘custom ID’ will be replaced by the customers ID • The hidden field ‘custom URL’ will be replaced by the customers URL These variables will be submitted with the form. Also, the hidden fields ‘redirect’ and ‘meta_redirect_onlist’ will be replaced by the customer’s URL as well
