Blogsystem + template

We need a professional template with CMS (blog) system. Total website will have about 6 pages all with same template. ## Deliverables 1. A professional design template which will represent a SIMONLY mobile phone website, by means of a design suitable to this. Images used in this design should indicate a SIMONLY information website, by adding a SIM-card image for instance. The template will be designed first and approved by the buyer. 2. The template includes a professional looking logo “[login to view URL]? 3. The template can be applied to different subpages of the website, and will have a layout which is in big lines similar to [login to view URL] and has a web 2.0 look. 4. On each page of the website, there should be space for a Skyscraper banner (120 x 600), a 250 x 250 banner and a 468 x 60 banner. Banners will be supplied by us. Spaces should be determined professionally and good looking. 5. The site will have 5 subpages with information. There should be an About us page, a Contact page and a Newsletter page. 6. The content will be supplied by us, but will at first be placed by the coder, to check the working of the website. Images and tables must be able to upload as well. 7. In the Newsletter page, the user can submit his email address, and that will be stored in a database. There should be a small block at every subpage, where people can subscribe for the newsletter, by submitting their email address into that block. 8. The colors used for the website will be mainly white and orange. 9. Each page on the website has a BLOG module, where users can easily add there questions or comments to the information shown on that page. Adding such comments or questions must be easy, and without pre-registration of the user. The comments/questions will be approved by the administrator of the website. 10. A search module is integrated into the webpages, like on http://worldnewmobiles.com. 11. There exists a CMS where new content can be added to the website. 12. New sub pages can be created with the CMS 13. Each page is optimized for internal SEO, which means metatags and pagetitles and internal links are optimized. Internal links means that every single subpage is accessible from the homepage (or maximum 1 link away from homepage), and from any subpage you can get to another subpage. No transparent links should be used. 14. Questions or comments placed by users, will automatically lead to a creation of a new page, which has automatic metatag creation and pagetitle. 15. All pages have a .html URL, and new created pages also will have a .html URL. 16. When a user posts a question or a comment, there will be a new page created. The URL of such a page will be like /<topic of comment>.html
