Add funtionality to Pad Kit site

I need a PAD Kit site setup and then the functionality added to it for it to pull a link from a database and ask the PAD submitter to place on their site. The installation will then need to verify the link is present. Additional info: you need to set up, config and modify a PAD directory. you can get the source here: [login to view URL] Basides the basic install you will need to modify the submit page so that it provided a link for the person to post on their site. then my pad site will need to be able to detect that link before posting their PAD information.
