This project's description and maximum bid have been edited. There is a project to create a website that users will be able to edit text free-form (WYSIWYG) manner, probably using TinyMCE but another editor can be used if suitable. PHP is the preferred server-side language, lua, Ruby, Python, and others may be acceptable conditionally. A database, MySQL or other free will be used. It requires that the site allow users to automatically make payment via Paypal, create accounts, recover passwords. Also that a simple administrator interface exist for account creation, modifying, banning, etc and sending system wide email. All of the page graphics, HTML and some basic javascript will be provided. The programmer will write in dynamic content functionality.
