Customization Software

I own auction software and reverse auction software and I need few changes in it which is are as follows :- The most important thing is listing auctions and reverse action by zip code and surrounding area. Listing by zip code alone would make the list to small so it needs to list first within the zip code and continue the listing based on surrounding area. This would not be part of the search, just standard function in all listings. Would like ability to do search based on location of product, say city and state. For now, the system will only be for the US. This MUST be done because shipping of product is so expensive, it could cost more than the product. Therefore, the users will only be interested in products near by. For the both the auction and reverse auction, need the ability for the buyer to specify up to 5 deferent criteria from selection list that the administrator can add or remove these options from these selection list. It is more important for reverse auction but would like in both for consistency. For example of what I am looking for, I will use a Car; THIS IS NOT WHAT WILL BE IN THE REVERSE AUCTION! Selection list #1: Car Manufacture -> Ford, Chevy, etc.. Selection list #2: New or Used -> New, Used Selection list #3: Year -> pre 1980, 1980, 1981, etc... Selection list #4: Mileage -> 0, 1 - 1000, 1000 - 10000, etc... Selection list #5: Condition -> Excellent, Cherry, Good, poor, etc... Then when the user looks at the quote request / auction item, the selected information will be shown. These also need to be searchable. The Software are made in PHP using MYSQL, both of the software are made in PHP. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform All,
