Conversion of HTML to PHP + Secure Payment

I am looking to convert my site (www dot bridalnet dot com dot au) to PHP to cut down on maintenance. PLEASE read carefully and ask questions if needed before you quote. I need a secure member's area for the advertisers where they can edit their profiles and edit their listings. They should also be able to purchase new listings with secure credit card payment in this area too.
