Automatic posting Ads to Website (fill form)

This file has specific fields with data that will be used to fill a website were Ads can be placed for free. I need someone that is VERY experienced with this and who can work very fast. I need this preferably within 1 day (max. 2 days) You are now bidding for only 1 website. If you deliver this very fast and good then i have 4 other websites where the same has to be done. ( finally I would like to post Ads to 5 different websites) We will then negotiate a new price for the remaining 4 ones and you can start immediately. This means within 24 hours all 5 projects could be yours. Bid only if you are available and could start at once. You will motivate me in choosing you if you can provide a very simple example that shows that you are used to filling online forms automatically. You are free to use any programming language and deliver any application or script. It should just work, that is the most important.
