We have a Asterisk Server as our Soft-switch gateway (optional Open-sips in replacement of Asterisks if needed) We Use DTH Voip Billing with MS SQL database and A2Billing as our least cost router, We are a Hosted PBX Company we also have 3CX PBX Servers and Thirdlane Multi-tenant servers for Hosting. We need to modify the DTH web portal in dot net to include the ability to: DID query and assignments, e911 service updates, DID Porting requests. we also need middle-ware scripts that manipulate our asterisk soft-switch based on billing events in DTH. This includes creating trunks adding DID's activating/suspending services and creating tenants in Thirdlane we can use SOAP for all DTH Billing functions and I already have the Perl scripts for the Thirdlane Multi-tenant server. everything can be done in using PHP, Soap, Perl or Dot Net we will also need some Customer order forms tied to DTH so customer can order online.
This is an ongoing project and can keep a good developer very busy for along time. please only bid if you know what you are doing we are all engineers but don't have the time to do it our selves.
