I need a basic php cart/ mysql database created for my website that sells 12 products.

I need a basic order form which contains the following functions:

- ability for customer to create login using their email address and choosing a password.

- ability to input discount/coupon codes and calculate proper discount

- 2 to 3 shipping options

- after customer submits form, a confirmation page appears that gives a summary of the order and asks the customer to confirm or edit before final submission

- a confirmation email sent to customer including a system generated order number.

- the ability for me to later add shipping date and tracking number to order data which the customer can access and view by logging in.

- upon future customer login, the form is pre-filled with customer details.

- standard field validations.
