Create a search for my site & Fix errors -repost

Hi, I had hired someone on here (php5team) to make an admin panel, I paid them and suddenly it stopped working.... Then co-incidentally they wont reply to any messages. If anyone can try and fix the error it would be so great because i invested over $100 into it. Also, if it makes the budget would you be able to create an instant search bar that can search across multiple database tables. If the search result is a radio station it takes you to the listen page; while if the search result is a genre it will take you to a genre listing page.
