Correspondence Database

A simple database which can be used to generate and store correspondence. The purpose of this tool is to simplify writing legal letters quickly. Each correspondence to have the following fields 1/ (Field) To: Name: Position: Address (facility to choose from a pull down list and add to the list, fields 1/, 4/, 5/ and 6/ are related) Add/Remove 2/ (Field) From: Name: Position: Address (facility to choose from a pull down list and add to the list) 3/ (Field) Date (pop up calender) 4/ (Field) Your Reference (facility to choose from a pull down list and add to the list, fields 1/, 4/, 5/ and 6/ are related) Add / Remove 5/ (Field) Our Reference (facility to choose from a pull down list and add to the list, fields 1/, 4/, 5/ and 6/ are related) Add / Remove 6/ (Field) Client Name (facility to choose from a pull down list and add to the list, fields 1/, 4/, 5/ and 6/ are related) Add/Remove 7/ (Field) Subject:(facility to choose from a pull down list and add to the list) 8/ (Field) Notes:(facility to choose from a pull down list and add to the list) 9/ (Field) Issue (facility to choose from a pull down list and add to the list) Add/Remove 10/ (Field) Notes:(facility to choose from a pull down list and add to the list) 11/ (Field) Outstanding Issue (facility to choose from a pull down list and add to the list) Add / Remove 12/ (Field) Acknowledgement By (Date):(pop up calender) 13/ (Field) Respond By (Date):(pop up calender) Facility to export the above form to Excel, Word, Google Doc, Google sheet whichever is easiest so it can be printed to pdf or hard copy in A4 size.
