Adding print functions to a Joomla modul

This task is pretty simple but needs some PHP knowledge which I missing. So one of my client's Joomla based site have a calculator. We want to add an extra function to this calculator. When it drops out the results We want to print out only the results or e-mail it (without headings, footer, etc.). I think the best possible way is to make a button that will produce a PDF document with the results in it. Then the PDF will be printable or can be send via e-mail.
