Cell Phone App for PHP Forum

Do not award before discussion. Tentative bid. You want to develop a forum in your App and the forum data will be maintained in you Web-back end using php. We understand when forum topic is created user will able to upload picture and put price field value along with the description. - please confirm. Forum screen will list all the forums with columns columns Forum name, Number of topics,Number of posts. On Clicking a single forum a web service will be called that will fetch the list of topics present in that forum . This list will be shown in the next screen in a listview. Below every list there will be a "New Topic" Button for creating New topic. On clicking a topic will display the discussion list related to that topic. On top of this list there will be "Post reply" button which will take the user to screen for reply posting. Our Query: Have you already developed the Web-backend of forum in php? Will you maintain multiple forum or a single forum? Will this App be an extension of the Forum that you maintain now in your Website? Will this be a forum only for discussion about a product ? Will user App user be able to create a Forum Topic?
