Develop high-traffic social portal

Developer needed for a high traffic/high volume social portal supported by Dot Net Nuke (Think of a facebook social portal but geared towards? a very specific? population). Custom programming (C++, Linux, MySQL)? would also be very helpful in developing modules that DNN does not currently provide. I am looking for an EXPERT not someone who is looking to "work out" their material. I am expecting this project to take between 2 and 3 months. Web master assistance is also necessary to train me as both the web master and web administrator to fully transition the site to me. Ongoing maintenance will also be required.
