CMS driven small business sites

We are looking for a partner for creating websites for small or medium business. We have a lot of customers who buy computer equipment from us, and many of them will need a website in the future. The first project is on the bottom of this text. The sites should be very simple, 5-10 pages, but we need them to be editable by us or by our customers. The CMS used should be expandable, with some extras modules to include (survey, guestbook, searchable content...). We think Mambo or Typo3 (maybe too big) should be the right ones for the job, but we are open to suggestions. CMS must support: - Categorized content - searchable content - Search engine friendly URLs - Opticaly different design (sites should not look all the same, as with PostNuke for instance) - 2-3 language versions (content too) - Support different modules; guestbook, survey, picture gallery.... The coder(s) should grapichly design the site, implement design in CMS and create basic navigation. The main language for the sites will be non-english so keep that in mind when designing. Regarding the price; keep in mind that these sites will be for further sale. Post your price/website and also price per hour for any additional work. We only need the basic site and information, without dealer locator, international menu or anything that is showing in right menu (right section of site). Basic navigation: - Products - Company - Showroom Thank you Jure Damjan ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP/MySQL preffered
