create webpage from mysql database(repost)

we have a database with 57,000 records. we need to display the data in both a table and flash chart. we provide the flash chart, you just need to format the data into xml to create the bars and columns in the chart. it is maani flash charts the webpage that displays the data need to have a control panel built that allows the user to search data. for example users will be able to see results that go back 6 months for certain areas. the control panel will include dropdowns for: time to go back, this will be an integer 1-24 area to search, either empty for all, integer 1-10 for main districts, and integer-letter for subdistricts I would also liek to include a date feild so users can search between dates, like between oct-2006 and oct-2004 here is a chart that I built with the data: [[login to view URL]][1] Should be very easy for data gurus I have a function that I use that makes diplays all the data, but I think it is slow and you will probably want to make your own... ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
