bash script to setup new accounts in the shell by information input

Script will be used on the root account / an account with root access. Once you start the script, it will ask for a username/password. The script will then take that information and the user's account will be formed with the useradd command. After that, it needs to copy a directory (/usr/x) into the newly formed user's directory... (/home/user/x) Once this directory is copied, the CHMOD and CHOWN commands will need to be applied to the created directory(ies) -- further specific information upon acceptance of offer. After that, the shell operator will need to input about 8 more fields of information, which will need to be inserted into certain areas of the newly copied files, in the newly copied directories. Before \*ANY\* commands or changes are sent to be executed, a confirmation screen will be displayed to confirm ALL data fields, including username+password. (YES/NO) If anything is wrong, NO should cancel everything and the shell operator can then start the script over, as no changes have been made. Once the data has been verified, a command will need to be executed on a file in the newly copied directory under a different username -- further specific information upon acceptance of offer. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
