We need apache/php installed at a server hosted by amazon <[login to view URL]> We also need some php code to allow the admin to create/disable an account for other users (through a web interface). The details of this part can be requested. Both the script and installation should be simple. The server is already up and running. However, we dont have any linux experience. Thus you are on your own to fix any server/linux related issues.
