Dating Portal

THIS PROJECT IS STRICTLY PHP5 AND MYSQL 5 ONLY! No bids or comments will be accepted for any other format or platform, no external tools may be used under any circumstances. Build a dating portal with the following specifications: 1) Users can signup with a list of questions depending on their sex. (these lists must be variable and placed in a database that allows us to add, edit and remove questions as we see fit. These questions should also be based on a page number and position number, ie: position 1, page 4) They are also asked the same set of quesitons but for their partner profile (what they are looking for in a person) 2) Users are then sent to our payments system (which has already been established) which adds a set number of time and credits to their account (credits are broken into three categories) 3) Users can browse through profiles, where profiles closely matching their partner profile are displayed with the highest priority. 4) Users are able to search for profiles based on any criteria. a) Simple search has a small set of fields to search by, b) Advanced search has a larger set of questions to search by. 5) Users can communicate with other users with 3 different types of communications. a) preformatted communications with 2 inputs: ie: "USER thinks that your X is your best feature" etc. These are also customisable and will need to be easliy added and removed. b) preformatted again, but this time with no variable fields: "USER would like to get together for drinks, why don't you send them an email" and c) free text communications using internal messages or email. Full outline including administration outline is continued in the file attatched. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP5, MYSQL only. Apache only. No external libraries, fonts or protocols can be used in this project. Some notes: Profiles cannot be viewed by users with no credit on their account (time credit). not all profile data is viable by users, but some can be viewed by users with different profile types. IE, an exclusive member may have access to the users location details (state, country, city, etc) but normal users cannot. This is an ongoing project for the right programmer. Requirements may change after initial development and this will be considered a new project and additional funds will be made avaiable. URL's to access the system must be in a clean format. For example, where normal php files allow for: [login to view URL] Clean format URLS will be used in the following format: /User/Action/Signup /User/Action/Browse etc. Mod_rewrite is enabled on our servers and this is expected to be the preffered use format for the application.
