We have kannel already installed in server for sending SMS,

We are looking for kannel expert to do the following

1) connect kannel with smpp API

2) fix issue with with "(INVERTED COMMA) sending in sms as /" (FORWARD SLASH plus INVERTED COMMA)

3) All management of kannel via web interface.

4) Develop SMPP API for application for clients to connect to our gateway
