I would like to have a site where by contractors and home owners can come to one [login to view URL] the title site listed above.
1)Home owner can post project of what they need done or would like to do.
2) project is than sent out in that area up to a limited amount of Contractor ( set by admin)
3)Home owners have an account area where they can login and give feed back or manage there project.
4) Contractor have an accout area where they can login and update there info or add info needed, like LIC or Insurance info..ect..and read review ect.
Review is also public where other users can see and make a better choice of who they choose.
This will work for all 50 US St...and must work by zip code and city ect...
