Let me first say that I want it to be the only serious people to people contact me who knows what they're talking about I'm more tired of those who want but can not. I've had this project out there before but those who have received the project has not succeeded in it and so do I deploy it again. I want to build a call center system and it should be 100% cloud. It will be built in PHP with a star or free switch. The system will be used by our call center. I want a price on a 100% working system with Predictable Progresiv dialer dialer and click and dial dialer and be able to choose what you want to call with. We have a 100% detailed description which we will leave to the person we choose to work with. I want you to leave the references to what you have done before in the VoIP and php to see the quality of your job thank you I attach sketch of the functions

Have designed and provided many small to medium scale(1000+) solutions thru my limited company and thru development team of consultants not myself(I was well versed stack developer in c and c++)in my old days..also I have bidded with limited information u have provided.. pretty sure if u r developing..u will need long term support you cannot over look the importance...so price is along lines of developing 100+ voip design/config system plus 7 day support for php dev you r requesting.. which I believe on top freeswitch etc u r looking to implement plus it will include any rectifications/correction on any intially agreed desing and dev on the system.. but truely believe u will need atleast 4x monies if u r trying to complete system with my experience
