CPANEL/WHM Reseller Website

Hello, Coders. I have a website currently designed at: <[login to view URL]> I have purchased reseller webspace and this is where this is hosted. I am not able to make changes to the CPanel WHM system that it is hosted on. I want you to design a system that will automatically: Register domains for the customer Accept recurring payments and automatically bill every month Create/Suspend/Delete accounts in the WHM Have a good interface for the user to log into and manage billing details/subscribe for new packages. Have a good interface for Administrators. Support All Major Credit Cards. I understand that for this to all function automatically and within the website, I require a merchant account, a payment gateway and an account with a registrar that will allow me to register domains through this script. Please recommend the products I should purchase for this, and explain how you can link this into the script. Please do not post short bids - I want a full gameplan as to what you indend to do and how you intend to go about it. Proof of work in this area/at RAC is appreciated, and will increase your chances of being successful. Good Luck! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
