First of all thanks for taking an interest in my project and there is no specific price range for this project.
I am looking for a very experienced and reliable individual with extensive knowledge of Asterisk, Linux (Debian) and MySQL. The individual will be responsible for implementing a simple IVR using Asterisk:
We have a web portal quite similar to www. liveperson. com/experts/spirituality-religion/ (please enter the Url without blanks) where customers who seek professional advice from experts can register a free account and can then chat or email with the experts. Right now customers can only chat and email with experts as there is no active calling part present.
Now we would need an Asterisk IVR implemented where the customers can call a premium rate number (this means that every customer, even those who don’t have an account registered with us, can call the number which facilitates things tremendously). When the customer calls the premium rater number he/she is forwarded to the Asterisk IVR where he is prompted to choose his/her desired expert by entering the three digit extension of the expert (“Please enter the three digit extension of the expert now and confirm your selection by pressing the hash button”). Once the customer enters the three digit extension the call is terminated to the expert’s landline using our Sip trunk.
We have a backend (admin panel) of our web portal where the advisor’s extension and his landline number are stored (mysql). However, Asterisk will be installed on another dedicated server and the details will have to be imported from our web portal server. On the other hand, the recorded call details will be exported from the Asterisk server to the web portal server so that we can use them in our backend panel of our web portal.
You’ll get full root access to both servers and will be collaborating closely with our project manager of the web portal who will support you if you should require assistance.
Requirements for this project:
1) Excellent knowledge of Asterisk.
2) Excellent knowledge Linux and server security.
3) Strong MySQL skills.
Although this project is not that complicated I ask you to not bid on this project unless you consider yourself an experienced Asterisk expert.
The chosen individual will also be given the opportunity for continued work provided the jobs are completed to a high-quality standard. The next job would be to include a prepaid module (A2 billing) and an invoice based billing for registered customers.
