Affiliate Tracking Software

What we need is relatively simple. I sell advertising popunders. I purchase web traffic from other webmasters. In other words, I pay for the right to display my popunders on their sites. Now, what I need to start, is a relatively simple system, to generate a code, for them to place on their site, that will display these popunders. Now, I could use ace popup for this, but the trick is this: I need some sort of tracking built into this, to track how many ads a particular website has displayed, so what I have come up with is a preliminary list here: I use linux servers, with Redhat 9 and CPanel This can be either CGI or PHP, but PHP is preffered 1. I will be using only one specific url for them to direct traffic to at this time, more may be added later. 2. This should display in real time, how many ad units have been displayed on a given website. 3. Should have an admin area for me to see everything at a glance. (ad displays, publisher info, etc. 4. should have an admin area for publishers to login to see how many ads they have displayed at a given time. 5. Should include a registration area for publishers. 6. Should somehow assign specific ID's to each unique publisher, or have a way for them to choose. 7. Should be able to use MySQL (preferred) but I can settle for flatfile. 8. Ideas or suggestions gladly considered. 9. I'm truly unsure of a cost, but would like to keep at less than $100 for now. Preference is given to the coder completing this project, for all future updates (and there will be some) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux Redhat 9 MySQL
