convert wordpress template into Joomla site

I need the following Wordpress template converted into Joomla. I have the Wordpress template and all of the images etc... [login to view URL]
There is an actual joomla version [login to view URL] that is a little different, but they want it exactly like the Wordpress one. I don’t know if it will be easier to buy the Joomla one and try to convert or just have you make this WordPress into Joomla. Either is fine.
So here is what I need you to bid on:
1-Turn the Wordpress into Joomla 1.7. Must be made with divs, not tables and look exactly the Wordpress template with collapsible modules when not in use.
2-Copy the content from the existing site. (It is small 5 page cleaning company site. I will send link via message)
3-Install Virtuemart and make a working sample product page with a product scroller on the bottom and set up the PayPal. This should use the same css as the main template so it looks consistent.
4-Check consistency across browsers
5-Must be available on Skype or AIM
6-Must have positive feedback and an accurate portfolio.
Must be be built on my server via ftp then transferred to the site domain upon completion. Please write "Virtuemart project" in the title so i know you read all of the requirements. I am at the lower end of this budget so please bid accordingly. Thanks.
