Custom BreezingForms on Joomla Website

I need someone to customize an installation of BreezingForms on Joomla. Please have experience with this component! It is a basic form with one exception: 1. The first field needs to be a list of positions (i.e. president, vice president, secretary, etc.) 2. This field will be MANDATORY 3. This field will correspond to a specific email address (ie. president = president[at]domain[dot]com, vice president = vp[at]domain[dot]com, etc.) 4. When submitted the form will be sent to the email address of the specified position AND another email address (i.e. if president is selected the form will be sent to president[at]domain[dot]com and info[at]domain[dot]com) 5. This all must be updatable through the backend and NOT REQUIRE editing the database or php file 6. The rest of the fields will be normal (i.e. address, phone number, etc.) Please let me know if you have any questions before placing a bid. Thank you!
