Convert joomla to and other tasks.

For this work I'll pay $65 for this and need it done in 5 days time. The issues with my client is 1. When shes logs into the joomla administrator/backend it gives her a blank screen and cannot access to: give permissions to users, add users, format, etc. I get a blank screen. So it has to be fixed. 2. I need the site converted from Joomla to Typo3 platform. It's not a big site I will give you the url. I'll pay $65 for this and need it done in 5 days time.
