Already done website, needs tweeks and integration .....

HI , i need an expert to undertake this job. Its basically a done up website which needs already done well most of it.... to integrate paypal, integrate second language, integrate the CMS.... if there are blanks you required to fix them..... I am sure if the right person does this it will be one days work and i want a dedicated person to complete it in a day as the work start immediately upon selection, no ifs and buts later ....please... if you are already occupied with some other work please do not bid oe commit.
