create/fix a form with multiple selections

I have already a form with 3 drop down lists with multiple selections. Each selection has its own selections below it.
For example:
Selection 1 (country): Greece, Italy ....
Selection 2 (regions): Crete, Corfu, Rhodes (these must be presented if selection 1 = Greece), Sicily, Milan, Rome (these must be presented if selection 1 = Italy)
Selection 2 (areas): Heraklion, Chania, Rethymno (these must be presented if selection 2 = Crete)
So I need a script which will changes onload values.
