B2B Marketplace Script optimization

Hello everybody, thanks for interesting in our project. Project summary: We are looking for a company to work on our B2B marketplace script. That company will have to correct the script, optimize and update it, integrate the design, install a new registration and payment system, optimize the search engine, put some pages in https, improve the « site statistics » in the backend with more details, and of course adapt the backend regarding the modifications brought to the registration and payment system. We provide the design in (.psd) and the texts in (.doc). First we have some requirements you will have to follow: The company has to be familiar with B2B marketplaces and has to totaly understand the project before bidding. The company will have to work in close collaboration with us and keep in touch (emails/msn messenger) every day. During this period we will be happy to consider all your advices and suggestions. We want to be precisely informed about the project progress every 5 days. You will have to be able to provide website maintenance (separate payments for each intervention). The project will have to be finished in 30 days. We want to have a first look at the website on your server after 10 days. We require a minimum of 3 days after the end of your work to test the website. Payment method for the project : 100% escrow You will have to send us samples of similar project you have already worked on. It is highly recommended to have experience with similar projects. Due to our futur maintenance needs, we are looking for a longlasting business relationship.
