Customize existing WP theme

We need someone to customize an existing wordpress theme, this must be done:
-Setup field on top of sidebar so that visitors can sign up to receive updates every time we post with excerpt of the post.
-Customize disqus comments (hide "comments by.." , integrate with the theme in size, make it work fully)
-Setup this jquery effect [url removed, login to view] so that everything on the sidebar looks like this (some modification on sizes to be done)
the small image on the left must/will be stripped from the post/page or defined by us.
-Fix share function (when we share a post to facebook it shares only the url of the post, it should share the picture and description)(picture is shown on the post using customized fields)
-Fix meta descriptions, right now it strips out some of the text of the page and use as meta description, you must make ALL IN ONE SEO works.

Comunication trough skype, gtalk, or msn, must be live.
You must work on a test instalation and show that it works and then install everything on site.
Full payment will be made on the end of the job, and when everything is working properly.
If you finish on time we will give you a good tip.
