Customizable URL rotator

I want a script that is a URL rotator and redirect script. Concepts: This script must be able to redirect a url visitor to another website and be able to rotate the website. Quick Turnaround 5 days $35 Specifics: It must be able to redirect to unlimited sites or at least 50 urls. It must have timing capabilities (ex. for 7 days it will redirect to url 1 on 8th day redirect to url 2, etc.) It must have the option to randomize url redirects (ex. Sometimes redirects to url 1, Sometimes redirects to url 2, etc.) Ability to control randomization (i.e. randomly select urls 1-4 then only redirect to url 5 once every 35 clicks) Ability to stop rotator and redirect to only one url.
