Custom Changes in OSCommerce (repost)

Require changes in an already customized OSCommerce Solution. It would require the coder to make some changes to the fields in certain areas, remove certain options, changes places for the navigation bar and the way it operates, add tools such zoom when rolled over the picture on the product page? etc. It has been done by one of the developers here earlier as was the scope of this project then, however there are new changes that have been recommended by the Client and therefore should be adopted to meet his requirements. This a repost and I would REALLY want you to read out the requirements first and quote me time as well so that I may choose on the basis of both since it has already been delayed by sometime.
