Creating a youtube player

Hello. I would like to create a yt player that would manage : 1. Users login 2. User picks songs to add to the player 3. Save -> redirect main page The player can add single songs via id or by search the name of the song, import to this player predefined playlist - add delete songs the cap would be like 250 songs in a single playlist. I got already some codes classes generators to get playlists. Need more like to merge all this together and create the user system + write it in javascript so the player initializes for each user individually. I include a example playlist xml that I can generate not sure if it should be stored in a xml ( this is a imported from youtube ), but when a user creates his own new It probably should be stored in database. Looking for someone that can handle this.
