Create a Similar Website

Looking for developer/s who can create a site similar for buying electronics (examples will be provided) and already had developed such thing. Would like to see a demo before accepting the job. A few major requirements (other requirements will be sent later but before choosing the final website developer): Site must be very simple but at the same time have a better appeal (better graphics, less clicks, better process) than its similar website. This website must be in English, therefore, your English must be perfect. All image designs must be uniquely designed by you (with some instructions). Need a full website by all means including frontend, backend and admin panel. The payment processes with PayPal and statuses must be updated automatically. Looking for full solution and someone who is familiar fully with this job.
