What we have: we have a complete documentation with mock-ups that explain in details the app to build, and this app will connect to a new platform by API (restfull with json format results), already implemented ad working. This app is not complex, simple functions in more o less ten screens, with gps support. What we need: we need del mobile app coding. We like use PhoneGap framework for developing this app, so one code all mobiles platform... so is needed a javascript expert! And is needed a basic and customizable graphics. But if raise some problem with PhoneGap is necessary migrate to Android developing.
