Clone Bulk Mailing App

Hi Guys, I'm using a bulk mailing software and I'd like to clone the functionality of it and make some enhancements to it. I believe the software is made up of two parts: 1. An interface which I log into, prepare mailings, view reports, etc. 2. An MTA on remote servers which does the actual mailing. The functionality/layout, etc can be almost identical so you'll have clear requirements/scope to work with. I'll give you the login to the interface and I'll also give you the login info the servers which do the actual mailing so you can see how it is setup. I need this done as soon as possible. The ideal provider for this project is someone who has experience with setting up mail servers, knows about email deliverability challenges, has done similar projects before, etc. Please tell me why you're the best person to get this done for me.
