javascript to define credit card type (code already created, just need you to optimize to work) 2 decimal points for all dollar figures Checkbox: "My shipping address is the same as billing address." needs to work (OnKeyPress copy code missing). Fields disabled if checked, values wiped and enabled if unchecked. Finish pass values from cart to order form fields and hide "Cart Items" + "Total Bill" sections. Get custom values from live version ([login to view URL]). If multiple items in cart add all items custom values for final order form custom value. Above submit button show the mini cart widget like in other pages. Cart widget should now only show up after first item added to cart.
