This form generator must have an auto responder features with unsubscribe link. I want to embed the java script code on the page where the form will display. This admin backend will also have a image gallery with self generating pages as image are loaded, and I can set how many image will display before it will create its next page. As you see in the sample links, when a user fill in form there are creating an account. So, I need a user login area that they can login to see their order details. Their login interface must have a lost pass word feature. I want to be able to place a embed code where I want to have the members login. Please remember there will be a member login main page, and a login form with embed code. Is there some that do this as soon as possible?
