Build a Site - All Cities in The US

I am looking to build a site, just like this. [login to view URL] 1 )This is similar to what I'd like my homepage to look like. 2) All 50 States will need to be at the bottom as they are on this site. 3) I will also need to have pages for all of the cities in every state. That is about 10,000 cities 3) Every page will need to have a form like is on the site I gave you 4) Every page will need to have the State or city name in the title tag. Each Title Tag and keyword tags should be different. I can supply a list of all of the cities and states. 5) I also require breadcrumb links on all pages. For instance. If a user is on the Tampa page. The breadcrumb link should read: Home > Florida > Tampa I can supply the content for the home page. The content for all of the inner pages will all be the same, except that the "State" and "City" names will be different. The design won't be exactly like this site. Similar, but a little different. If qualified, please send me your quote, timeline, and portfolio. Only those with good communication skills and experience will be considered. Timeline is very important for this project.
