Add 2 Custom Modules to OSCOMMERCE Site / Shopping Cart

I am reposting this again, because the last guy couldn't deliver. This wasted 2 weeks of my time, so please only bid if you know for a fact you know what your doing.

1. I need a module that allows me to add certain products from my catalog and combine them into special offers that if purchased together give the customer a discount. If one of the products the customer is viewing happens to be an item that can be purchased in a combination offer than the combo offer will show on the product detail page with images of the products they are getting and a new link Ex: Buy all 3 for a 10% Discount - Click Here.

2. The second thing I need is a module that allows the user to scroll through products that were purchased by other customers in combination with the current product they are looking at. Should should work exactly as [login to view URL]'s "Customers who bought this item also bought"
