Accommodation site

Hi, I am looking for complete clone of this site. This site has sites for different countries whereas I only want it for UK. When landlord registers they are given their won site as well whereas I do not need that feature. There are 3 interfaces to this site. 1) One is what normal user see 2) Second is for landlords to upload their properties and pay for it. 3) Third is for myself (Website Administrator) who can manage locations (including content), landlords and students accounts and can generate reports. You can check 1 and 2 by registering and for 3 I have listed what I need. I want it be done in PHP, MySQL and there will be some AJAX involved as well. I will prefer if you use any sort of framework such as Zend, CakePHP or CodeIgniter but it is not restricted to these. You can decide which one you want to use.
