Custom Website needed

Hi there, I need a website that people can use to get quotes for various jobs (plumbing, electrician etc) within their city or any postal code in Canada. This has to very simple and functional and user friendly. NOTE: No escrow etc is required. Users and contractors can agree on a price and go from there. The site does not take commissions of the project. It only charges monthly fee to the contractors. Users are free to join. More details to be discussed on acceptance of the project.
