Advanced Data-mining and Information-gathering

We are developing a sustainability project that monitors CO2 emissions in enterprises around the world. We are looking to mine for these relevant information through the use of search engines or simply the world wide web. For the past 2 years we have been developing Java programs as a means of filtering these information. We are looking for people with a lot of experience in the specific fields of: - data-mining & web mining techniques. - information gathering - natural language processing, Researchers are also welcomed to discuss these issues for we are open to suggestions. We are willing to offer a high price and compensation if you have the required skill set and problem solving ability. It would be useful to speak Chinese, but this is not a must.
